the vanilla that's present in the aroma is nearly too much in the flavor, but it makes for an easy drinking enjoyable brew. i must say, though, i was hoping for more from this one.

Pours a very dark brown colour, almost black. Great roasted malt character, thick and creamy with a nice sized brown head. A a very rich yet silky stout- this was like a meal in a glass.
