This beer was made in homage to the Copperopolis bike race in California, a race known to test a man’s mettle, just as our new beer will test your mouth’s palate. English Pale and Crystal malts with generous additions of Amarillo, Cascade & Columbus hops make this a brewmaster favorite.

pours a clear copper with short white head that fades quickly. The aroma or what there is of it is sweet caramel. The taste is light roast with sweet caramel, moderate bitterness and a hint of applesauce. the Mouthfeel is light body and medium carbonation.

Comes out of the tap a clear coppery amber with a thick and fluffy fine-bubbled white head. Malty aroma has a hoppy overtone. Hops dominate the malty flavor, which has a subtle bitter note and a hint of grapefruit. Texture has good body and lots of fizz for an edgy, hoppy, slightly tinny finish.
