Thanks to the increasing popularity of homebrewing and microbreweries, aromatic hops have resurfaced as a dominant force in our post-Prohibition era. L’Interdite –60 minute (continually hopped for one hour) is a pale ale featuring bitter and aromatic American hops. Dominated by flavours of citrus and spice, with a malty, slightly caramelized body, this is one beautiful, thirst-quenching drink!

Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a mild amber hue. The head is huge, thick and creamy with great retention and foamy lacing. Fresh hop scent with some tropical fruity notes from the malts. Citrus flavours with the mild grassy hops. Quite a nice freshly hopped, but not too much, American Pale Ale.
