Pale Ale aux houblons Citra & Cashemere. Pour notre cinquième anniversaire, nous avons brasser une superbe collaboration avec nos amis de 5e Baron Notre toute première Pale Ale a été brassée en collaboration avec eux, donc ça allait de soi de récidiver. Nous avons choisi d'utiliser la levure Hydra, une souche qui apporte un peu plus de texture. Nous avons ajouté une énorme quantité de Citra et Cashmere pour donner une bière très houblonnée et facile à boire.

Hazy golden colour with an organ hue. The head is off-white, bubbly, frothy, average lasting and leaving some thick soapy lacing. Citrus zest aromas from lemons, grapefruit and some oranges. The taste shows the citrusy notes with some tropical fruit hints, watermelons and peaches. Drying mouthfeel with some smooth bitterness. A pretty decent hazy, juicy Pale Ale with more than the Citra hops - with Cashmere.
