Bozone Select is the flagship offering from Bozeman Brewing Company. A light amber ale that has a medium malt body gently balanced by a hint of hops for a clean, refreshing finish. Dry hopped with Cascade hops for a pleasant aroma. Made with Pale, Crystal & Vienna malts; Starting Gravity of 1.052 and an alcohol by volume 5.5%. Draught Only

An amber colored medium to full bodied ale that had a nice balance of sweet, biscuit like malts with floral somewhat bitter hops. This beer held up really well to spicy Thai food. A delicious beer that is a joy to drink.
