Many Hands Wet Hopped Imperial Pale Ale is a 7.3% abv strong ale that was brewed in late August at the Boxing Rock facility in Shelburne during a visit by Bridge brewer Josh Harbin, who also grew the hops. He described the brewing process as as follows: We grew the hops, we picked the hops, we brewed a delicious harvest ale. 100% Vienna malt and 110 lbs of wet hops from Lazy Acres of the Gasperau Valley (Chinook, Cascade and Williamette). Tasting notes: biscuit, toffee, grapefruit, peach. Dry finish and lingering hop resin, the hallmark of a great wet hopped beer. Restrained and balanced, this wet hopped beer lets the hops shine without being overly bitter.
