OUR BEER IS LEGENDARY According to local folklore, Boxing Rock is where bickering seamen were left by their captain to sort out their differences. The choice: box until only one could return to the ship or shake hands and share a beer. Either way, there are only a few short hours until high tide. We say drink up. Nova Scotia’s newest craft brewery We will use our brand new 17 HL brewhouse to make exciting new beers, both innovative and traditional. We plan to have the first of our beers ready for Summer 2013. Founded in 2012 by two engineers with a passion for beer, the Boxing Rock Brewing Company is located in a newly constructed 5000 square foot building located just off Exit 26 of Highway 103 in Shelburne, Nova Scotia. We are planning a grand opening in early summer. Once open, tours of the brewery will be available year round and the building will also have a retail store where visitors can purchase freshly made beer in bottles and growlers, as well as a tasting room and outdoor patio for visitors to enjoy a taste of our legendary beers.
