(Contains Lactose Milk Stout) We all know beer is really good for you. So is milk. So that means beer and milk together must be really good for you. Only problem is that who wants to drink beer through a straw out of a carton with pictures of missing kids on it. Thank you, I’ll be here through Friday! But seriously, our milk stout is a full bodied stout with the essence of milk added, the sugars (lactose). These unfermentable sugars add texture and body to the beer, balancing the roasted barley flavors and making the stout seem even more like a meal. And thanks to Don Russell for the bad joke about the milk carton.
