I didn't like this beer too much. It was a little strong for my liking. It had a strong almost coffee flavor too it. It did go down pretty smooth but the after taste was too over powering for me.

Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. The aroma is caramel, sweet malts, some mild hops. The taste is more of the same. Better than that other Mexican beer that you need a lime for.

An OK beer - not outstanding, but drinkable. Color is a typical beer-golden with a moderate head. Smell is strong and beery. Taste is malty, with a little bitterness in the aftertaste. This is a good accompaniment to Mexican or Tex-Mex cuisine. I added a lime to give it a little extra zing, and this really worked.

This is really not good. It pours thicker than expected. Looks clean and clear but it smellls like some of the sewer drains that we passed on the way to the marina. The taste is corny and over-carbonated. Skip it. Try pacifico instead.

Pours a clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin bright white head that died down but consistently left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a bit of lacing down the sides of the glass. The aroma is of grainy malts and corn in the nose along with some hints of grassy hops. The taste is similar to the aroma, the taste has flavors of grainy malts and is accompanied by a light to moderate amount of bitterness that persists through the taste. It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation with a bit of dryness in the finish. I believe this beer is a cut above most other standard macro Mexican lagers and is relatively fairly easy to drink.

Multiple examples tested last week in Cozumel. Average in all respects, not the worst Mexican beer I've had nor the best. Drinkable on a hot day, just serve it cold.

On sale at a favorite local Mexican restaurant--figured I'd pick Bohemia because I have already tried all the others they offered. My low expectations were spot on--unoffensive pale lager offering little in the way of aroma or flavor. At least better than Corona.

330 ml bottle, as Bohemia Clásica, now available in Norway. ABV is 4.8%. Ingredients include maize (corn), rice and ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, moderate white head. "Dusty" and uninteresting aroma. The flavour has at least a hint of hops, so it could be said to be more interesting than Corona and Sol. Refreshing on a hot day.

Semi-clear yellow with some light orange color mixed in. Bright white head that had a combination of large and small bubbles. The head was small even with an aggressive pour and didn't hold long at all. Minimal lacing also. Getting some floral hops along with a diminutive impact of grain with the aroma. Smells clean and fresh. Maybe even a bit of wheat in there also. Only the slightest hints of butter. Very well balanced taste of a dry wheat along with small stabs of bitterness. Some grain and citrus finds its way underneath to round out a non-complicated, but favorable and enjoyable flavor. Medium to light mouthfeel. Dry, smooth and crisp. Doesn't cover the palate real well, but the beer does go down very easy. I was happily surprised by this beer. Not bad at all. This beer would be perfect for Summer in my opinion. A thirst quencher. It left the glass very quickly and I found myself wanting another. The appearance was the only thing that hurt the score because of the lack of head and head retention.

definitely less offensive than some of the other mexican lagers (ie-corona) but still nothing good enough to drink if there is real beer around. drinkable on a hot summer day.

By far my favorite Mexican beer. Nice malty flavor, well carbonated. Crisp clean taste. A cold Bohemia with a plate of green chile chicken enchiladas on a hot day is heaven.
