This American style Ale is fermented with a proprietary ale yeast strain that provides a distinct fruity-ester aroma and flavor. The deep golden product is characterized by a balanced hop bitterness and evident but not overwhelming hops aroma. The kettle hopping is derived from American Cascade and Centennial hops, with generous dry hopping during post-fermentation aging. The medium body and crisp grainy character are created by a domestic malt bill of 2-Row and Munich Style malts.

Pours a pleasant copper color, moderate head, flavor starts out light but fortunately build with more and more hops with each sip. Tops out with decent hotppy bitterness. might be used as an introduction to "hoppyland brews" to the uninitiated but all in all nothing to get too excited about. Was a Beer Club entry for OCT/NOV 2011.

Mingo! What the hell happened to that guy? We miss you around here, pal! Anyway, from my beer o the month club, it pours a clear copper with decent froth. Aroma is ok, kinda blah, kinda plain. Tatse is pleasent, soft berry fruits, toffee and well integrated hops.

This beer poured with a nice amber/golden body topped off by a medium sized slightly off white head that left very little lace down the glass. The aroma is rich caramel malts, sour hops, and a slightly metalic tone. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and clean. The flavor is floral hops, earthy tones, caramel malts and some very light fruity flavors coming through as well.

Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. The aroma is fantastic. It has a very floral hop aroma with a bit of a sweet, grape-like smell with it. It has a nice hoppy flavor but it's not too bitter. I would like to try this one again sometime.
