An amazing smokey beer I got at the Lorelei Inn in Green Bay, served in a brandy snifter. Greenish head, some lacing, but the best part is the flavor..Sweet malt, belgian candy and a combination of birch and cherry smoke. The smoke is the flavor in the drink but it never overpowers it. It warms you, it makes you think you are sitting next to a campfire, and it goes down smoothly. Add a spoonful to your bbq sauce and you have a perfect smokey flavor. I'd pay $25 for a growler of this beer and as a rule I don't like smoked beer.
