Thanks John K ... pours with very little foam ... no real smell, some light caramel ... taste seems to hit right in the middle, but seems to be lacking any assertiveness or true flavour ... also needs more aesthetic qualities ..

Copper colored with a decent head and some lacing. Slightly sweet, some malts and a bit grainy and grassy. Sort of tasted more like a lager than a bock but it wasn't bad.

On tap at Stockton, CA location - Pretty standard offering here. Nothing really to hang your tastebuds on, it went fairly well with the pizza I had so that was a plus. The beer was a clear, light amber in color with just a twinge of orange. Very small head with no lacing. Flavors was some malt, with a touch of citrus and herbs. Easy to drink, refreshing and clean.
