Chestnut brown brew that emits a fine candy/bubble gum aroma. I really enjoyed how the brewer was able to get such big yeasty/spicy flavor out of such a light bodied brew. Malty, bready with some very faint tropical fruit notes in the background. ABV is masked expertly. Excellent brew, big thanks to hopsrus for this one.

thanks to hopsrus for this one. This is a well-made brew that balances complexity with body very well. It's not often you have such complex fruity flavors with a medium bodied brew. Extremely drinkable.

This Belgian style ale is medium brown with a ruby highlight. It's head is thin, but adequate. A sweet candy & malt aroma is followed by a dark fruit and rich malt flavor. Satisfying and smooth.

Sampled on draft at Bitter End (B-Side). Pours a murky brown with a minimal off-white head (a victim of the high abv) and intricate lacing. The aroma was perhaps too mild with only Belgian candy sugar noted. The flavor was complex with rich malts, alcohol, plums, floral hops, candy and cherries. Full-bodied, well-carbonated with a sticky, sweet finish. Very well made - an excellent quadrupel.
