My first SMaSH beer. Pretty excited as I want to brew them. Maris Otter malt and Goldings hops. Nice, smooth, easy drinking, 4.7%, likeable. Impressed what a single malt, single hop beer can do. Like a two-man rock band.

Maris Otter and Goldings is the beer I had. Wow... strange. Thin watery mouth but still a noticeable body, as if that makes sense. Like tea in that way I guess. Quite sharp and acute hop flavours. Not much aroma. Yellow colour.
