"Business Unusual" Like a lot of businesses, the Grand Re-Re-Re-Opening of Beyond the Pale Brewery has been delayed until June. But we won't let that stop us from having some fun! This special beer brewed for the re-opening is ready to go now. Just in time for the long weekend. The beer will invoke memories of west coast pale ales as you pour the brew. Expect to be greeted with aromas of citrus, pine and sweet malts, whilst tangerine and resin flavours coat the tongue, leaving you with a great bitter to sweet, balanced finish. Enjoy fresh in a sunny backyard.

Business unusual. Tall can from the brewery. Pours a nice big frothy white head with thick dirty soapy lace and has a slightly hazy golden orangey coloured appearance. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of grassy and herbal hops, some light citrus and pine notes, a little bit wheaty. Flavours are mostly citrus and piney hops, some mild grassy notes, yeasty near the finish with a little bit of tropical fruit hints. Mild drying mouthfeel with some bitterness but not too much, just enough.

Slightly hazy, bright golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and some nice foamy lacing. Grainy, cereal malt nose with some grassy hops. The taste starts on a cereal note and mild hops appears to bring it to the finish. A decent dryness occurs. Some light bitterness builds. This is an easy APA to swallow.
