Every action has a ripple effect. Choosing this beer means choosing to make a difference. Great tasting sustainably crafted beer. This pale ale pours clear, burnished gold with aromas of biscuit, orange zest, and black tea. Light bodied with gentle citrus flavours that give way to a clean, graham-cracker-like malt character. Balanced bitterness with a subtle honey aftertaste.

Clean, golden colour with an amber hue, a big frothy off-white head, good stay and some foamy lacing. Aromas are a nice blend of hoppy grassiness, cereal grain base and some decent spiciness, almost like rye. This continues a bit milder in the taste, but again - a good balanced between grassiness, maltiness and spiciness. The mouthfeel is wet with a touch of dryness in the finish, that keeps building a little. An easy-drinking Pale Ale that mixes nicely the hops, malt with a tad spicy notes.
