12oz bottle pours out a hazy straw topped with a small head. Nose is bananas clove and bread malts. Taste is as the nose banana bread spice and some sweetness.

Pours a lemonade yellow with a small bubbly head that disappears pretty fast. Plenty of carbonation. Aroma is sweet, hints of fruits and spices. Taste is somewhat lacking. Hints of spices and grass. After a few second a slight metallic taste hits you then disappears leaving no aftertaste. Overall average, nothing special.

pours with a very small amount of head, that quickly disperses into nothing and very light yellowish-brown color. The aroma is of wheat and hops. The taste is citrus, wheat flavor, but mostly citrus. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and very carbonated.

Hazy yellowish appearance. I'd say more like a summer/spring brew but has some winter spices to it. Some citrus flavors, banana maybe, wheaty-belgian yeast, etc. Aroma a little skunky-sour....citrus balances it out some. Slight hoppy finish. Reminds me of a not-so-smooth version of their Oberon, which I grabbed a single of too to sample again and compare to this. Not sure I'll get a again, but worth the sample.

A dull, cloudy golden colored beer. A small soapy textured, white head rises briefly above and settles quickly leaving nothing. This is disappointing. The nose and tasting match pretty much with lemon juice, pepper, cloves and coriander dominating the scene. Simple and not offensive in a well carbonated, light, smooth body. Nice sedimentation as I finish this one off.

Cloudy orangish/yellow with a white head. Head was about 1 finger and the retention was not as good as expected. Lacing was clinging to the sides adequately. Bright gold highlights around the edges. Smells of citrus. Orange and lemon. Picking up some peppery spice and some floral hops. Some wheat is hiding in there somehere too. Very peppery in the taste. Again picking up some orange peel. Some wheat makes its way across the taste buds also. It seems as if the peppery spice is the dominant flavor. A tad much. Medium to thin mouthfeel. Really rather dry. Crisp and smooth. It does hang on the palate for a while. Goes down pretty easy and is refreshing. Honestly, I have never been a huge fan of "Wit" or "White" ales. The peppery spice is a bit much for me, but for the style it fits nicely. This beer reminds me more of a Summer brew than a Winter warmer. I'm sure this beer has an audience and I'm glad I tried it, but I'll probably move on from this one.

Comes out of the tap a hazy, opaque amber with a fine-bubbled off-white head. Aroma is honey-sweet and malty with a hint of lemon. Yeasty, malty, honey-sweet flavor has a lemony undertone. Thick, smooth, fizzy texture leaves a subtle tingle and a yeasty, rubbery, citrus finish.

Not the best wit you'll ever try, but not a bad beer. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a faint head and very slight lacing. Citrus and clove/winter spice readily apparent. Medium to heavy carbonation.

Bottle: Clouded pale yellow in the glass...puffy cap, fair carbonation. Aromas of succulent fruits and citrus as well as some spice. Lightly sweet but biscity malts come throuh, grass-spicy balance...soft mouth feel... light dry finish. A very drinkable and different wheat ale.

Courtesy of phishpond. Pours a cloudy medium yellow with little head or lacing. Some carbonation. Aromas are more Belgian than hefe with a slight citrus-lemon, some spices, a yeasty/bready smell and a tad of hops. Taste is a bit more Belgian ale than wit but a decent marriage with a sweet lemon and spice, then a very slight malt and yeasty flavor. Interesting beer.
