This beer brewed with The Pilot Brewery, where we started our brewing life, is something a little different. 100% Red X malt starts you off with a sweet malty base, centennial & cascade hops in the boil, then a double dry hop of Simcoe and Amarillo, fermented with London Ale 3 leaves this beer super hazy amber colour, with piney and oranges aromas with a bitter finish. Yes its supposed to look like that.
