Taps clear amber with a good parchment head. Aroma features crisp malt with hints of pomme and citrus plus caramel. Flavor provides fresh and slightly toasty malt, caramel, citrus with a bit of pear. Texture gives decent body and peppy fizz. Well done, Dr. Red.
