09.17.05 12oz bottle thanks to Ernest. Orange amber color is a perfect match for Jimmack’s coffee/popcorn maker. Thin beige head of sudsy bubbles. Aroma is cat piss, pineapple, cotton candy, peat, caramel, and resinous hints. The body is bone dry, quite thin, a tad chalky, and sort of empty feeling. Bit of pine and citrus in the background. I don’t think I get it, but it’s always cool to try one-off stuff like this.

On tap at O’Brien’s. Orange gold color. Small head. Aroma is floral hops and caramel. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are fairly aggressive, floral and citrusy. Lots of malt flavors balanced by a lot of floral hops for a 4.6% ABV beer. Smooth taste. Nice balance. A perfect session beer for a hop-head. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is bitter.
