Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops.

Bottle. Colour - a light reddish-gold colour, pretty clear, and a light tan head that contributes to a decent patch of lacing. Aroma - toasted nuts, caramel, pine, and citrus. Mouthfeel - light to medium bodied, not quite watery, but getting there, and under carbonated. Flavour - sweet caramel and nuts to start, and a bitter citrusy hop finish.

A Cloudy light orange colored ale. It holds up a big off white sudsy head which stays around for awhile. Bold earthy-sweet malt aroma rises to the nose. Moderate, creamy body. Lightly carbonated. The malt is light in the first sip, but is followed by a huge citrusy-hop bite in the back end. Decent drinkable quaff

i think mine had some age on it, so the aroma and flavor were somewhat dull and a bit musty. the hops create some bitterness and little else, and nothing about it is fresh. not terrible, but not good, or anywhere near the top tier esbs. A bit of a disappointment.

Bottle. Mondial de la Bière 2009. Poured a deep gold to copper colored ale with a minimum white foamy head. The aroma is herbal and pine hops. The flavour is at first fruity, peach then sweety, caramel malts and hoppy. A well balanced ale. The palate is crispy and slightly resinous. This medium bodied ale has a long bitter hoppy finish. A tasty experience.

A murky copper beer that had a thin white head. The aroma is quite weak, with sweet malt, and yeast. The taste is slightly bitter, with a weak finish. Not a great beer by any stretch of the imagination

Poured into a pint, color is a hazy amber, with a fluffy white head, good lacing. Nose is predominantly malty sweet, with a little hop bite. Taste is a bit hoppier than the nose, nice hop/malt balance. Further into the glass, the hops step up a little more, still maintaining the overall balance. Overall, a decent example of the style; not my favorite ESB, but I certainly wouldn't turn it down, if you're buying!

Not much to say about this beer--kind of plain and unassuming, nothing special. Pours a nice copper color with smallish white head. Mild, slightly hoppy aroma and malty, bland taste with a hint of bitterness.

This brew poured an amber color with small white head and minimal lacing. Mild malt, citrus and hop aromas. Mouthfeel was thin with fair carbonation. Flavor was mild but drinkable.
