Comes out of the tap a barely translucent (and only at the very edges) chocolate brown with a nice buff head that leaves generous lacing. Roast malt aroma has a strong hoppy overtone and a hint of caramel. Hoppy flavor has caramel, roast malt, woody and subtle chocolate notes. Texture is fairly fizzy if a bit thin. Get your villain on! (BTW - did you notice that there is evil in the middle of AshEVILle?
