Charlie Parker Pale Ale, 6.8% ABV, is a big yet smooth pale with a crisp bitter hop finish. Named after the Jazz Saxophone Giant, this beer tastes like Bebop sounds, bright and edgy!

Sampled at Mammoth Lakes Bluesapalooza. I had to try this just for the namesake. These Angel City guys must really love their jazz. A solid pale ale. Aromatic hops, allowing the lightness and freshness of the pale ale to dominate on the tongue. Even while imbibing, you can smell the grassy pine hops, but taste the sweet caramel malts. A great experience, one worthy of The Bird. Have to go...Schofield is tearing some shit up...
