Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
Pours clear straw yellow with a thick and fairly persistent snow-white head. Aroma presents tempting resiny hops, zesty citrus, and raw malt. Flavor yields resiny hops, raw malt, and just a little citrus. This could almost pass for an IPA. Texture features so-so body but peppy fizz. Good job, Mr. (or Ms.) Brewer.
