Picture taking a bowl of Neapolitan ice cream, mixing it up, then smelling and tasting the chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors. Now picture smelling and tasting those flavors in a stout. Can’t decide between a rich stout or an ice cream for dessert? Why not do both? Neapolitan ice cream = awesome. Beer = awesome. Neapolitan ice cream + beer = awesome squared.

Brew looks lifeless in my glass, just a deep brown body and not one single bubble floating on top it appears to be flat. Mmmmm strange there is carbonation on my lips when I swallow but I can’t get a single bubble to form in my glass. Good aroma, sweet and chocolaty with coffee bitterness, some vanilla and hints of ash. Very smooth easy drinking brew, sweet and creamy on the palate. You can easily taste all three flavors this is supposed to have, vanilla, milk chocolate, and strawberry. All three of those flavors mingles nicely with the dark bitter malt, the malt has a ashy earth finish. This a beer you can pound all night long it is light and flavorfull, the only real fault the beer has it just not amazing.
