To cap off the 15th anniversary series, we've brewed a Cascadian Dark Ale, also known as a Black IPA, which combines the medium body and roasted malt notes of a dark ale with the resin and citrus brightness of a well hopped IPA. This beer is a salute to cascade hops and the breweries of Cascadia that inspired us to start Alley Kat!
