The most recent beer I've tried from the not so wonderful Alexander Keith Hop series of beers. A red-tinged gold in appearance, head is white, lacing is non-existent. Aroma is herbal and spicy with cereal malts. Flavour is metallic with weak herbal hoppy notes.

The beer pours a translucent light copper colour with a 1" bubbly tan head which lasts only a few minutes. The aroma is wet metal, weak caramel, and grass. The mouthfeel is weak to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is burnt caramel, weak acidic tones, and grains. The worst of the Alexander Keith Hop series ales by far! -

At least this one has some aroma and flavour. Although I'm not keen on it. I get some pineapple flavour and something weird. Appearance as usual sucks. A bacon sandwich helps this beer.

Pours a large frothy beige head and has a clear amber appearance. Lacing is ok. Aromas of spices and earthy hops with hints of honey. Flavours are also earthy hops, with notes of spices and sweet malts. Also fairly strong honey notes and some hints of corn in the finish. Somewhat of a tangy and bitter mouthfeel. Not one of the best in their hop series.

Forth and latest in their hop series. Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a fizzy off-white head that does not last long and has no lacing. The hops in here start off tasting metallic, so pretty sure this is the hop I do not like. After a while, being so light already, it disappears leaving just the mild corn background with some alcohol. Hints of pepper maybe. The aromas is just a tad better with tropical fruits and grass, but again, very very light. Might be the weakest of the bunch so far. The Galaxy being my favourite so far.
