4-pack from the brewery this morning (April 4, 2018). Pours a hazed golden-amber colour with a warm cap, decent stay and some light lacing. Loads of particles through it after a second pour. Warm cap, decent stay with some light creamy bottom ring lace. Fresh hops with the grassiness for nose with some caramel in the back. The taste is pretty bitter for an Imperial IPA, but does not last super dry into the finish. Again, fresh grassy hops with sweet caramel malt base. Pretty good, but pretty rich - so last one of the night. Maybe.

Thanks to Metalchopz for picking up tallboys at the brewery. 8% impy IPA. Pours an average size frothy off-white head with some small sediment appearing after further pouring. Has a pale golden appearance. Big patchy lacing. Aromas of toasted malts, citrus and floral hops. Flavours are very fruity, some notes of tropical fruits, floral and grassy hops. Fairly smooth but drying mouthfeel. Also a bit fizzy and tangy in the finish. Quite a lot of bitterness but doesn't become too much.
