Just the right amount of Caramel and Munich malts give this beer a perfect amber color and mouth feel. But what really sends it to the top are 3 different additions of Northwest grown Cascade hops. Each addition highlights different aspects of the hops. The spicy, floral and citrus notes make this beer a favorite.

I tried this beer at the Oregon Garden Brewfest a couple weeks ago. Copper color with good head. Dry with hints of chocolate. Medium body. Not bad, but not good enough to make me want to visit the brewery.

from notes taken on a trip to Portland, Oregon in 2004 I thought that this was a pretty subdued American Pale Ale. Not bad, but nothing that would grab you.
