On vous présente Lakeview, une toute nouvelle Pale Ale américaine classique à 5% au houblon Cascade de chez nos amis de Houblonnière Lupuline Hop Yard. Notes de la brasserie: Au nez, on détecte des arômes floraux accompagnés d'agrumes. Le corps de la bière est plutôt mince. En bouche on retrouve des notes légèrement maltées avec des agrumes, notamment des citrons confits et du pamplemousse. La finale est toujours mince, avec une faible amertume.

A very slight unfiltered, but mostly clean golden colour with a small head, a little retention and lacing. Aromas are quite nice, as not overhopped, with the cereal grains coming through, and mild grassiness, hints of yeast. The taste has some spiciness like a Pilsner, maybe Saaz hops or Pils malts. Pretty wet mouthfeel with a tad dryness, and herbal notes lingering. A nice Pale Ale that reminds me of the old school ones, but with a touch of Pils spiciness.
