Voici Flanelle, une Pale Ale américaine à 5% avec du Citra (90%) et Columbus (10%). Notes du brasseur: Le nez est très aromatique : principalement des fruits à noyaux et un peu de fruits exotiques. Le corps est initialement rond. Au goût, on retrouve beaucoup de pêche et d’abricot, suivi par un petit peu de fruits de la passion. La gorgée finit assez mince, avec une amertume persistante.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with a big soapy white head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing. Fruity aromas with oranges, but also some mild exotic fruit notes. These wild, tropical fruits are stronger in the taste. The mouthfeel has a nice balanced dryness, that continues building. Some bitterness, like citrus zest, but not overly. A pretty good fruity APA.
