Fabulosa Porter is a creamy, roasty porter with soft cocoa character. It is brewed with unmalted wheat for a smooth, milkshake texture. Chocolatey aroma, creamy cappuccino flavors, soft bittersweet finish. 1-2-3-4-5 Pairings Great with really spicy food. Suggested pairings include: wood roasted fish or chicken, great with a burger, works really well with washed-rind (stinky) cheese or classic cheddar. Really connects with cilantro.

A black colored beer with a big sudsy textured, light beige head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. A moderate ringlet is left behind. The nose is subdued but the general profile is fairly simple, roastiness. Light medium bodied, easy to drink.
