Just in time for Valentine's Day, we're releasing this amber ale brewed with COCOA and VANILLA and inspired by the Southern classic, RED VELVET cake. Bleeding Heart is the perfect balance of MALTY sweet and just enough hops to BALANCE it out. Like it’s inspirational dish, the cocoa is there for color and bitterness more than flavor, and the vanilla is the icing on top rounding out each sip, coming just at the end of your taste. Pairings include: Steak, roasted butternut squash, gorgonzola cheese, a loved one to share it with.

Taps clear caramel with a pale buff head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma is not strong, but has some malty character. Flavor is much holder, offering caramel, toasted malt, and subtle chocolate notes. Mouthfeel features above-average body and tingle. Screw Valentine’s Day - have a beer.
