Aroma is fairly strong and hoppy, with a malty undertone and a hint of citrus. Color is clear and coppery-golden, fairly typical for an IPA. Flavor is strong and mostly hoppy, fairly bitter but pleasantly so, with a whisper of orange taste. Smooth but lively, it leaves a faint, bitter aftertaste. Not the best IPA I have ever had, but worth a try if you like hoppy beers.

It pours a golden, slightly cloudy amber with a thick head, darker than most hefeweissens I have sampled. Aroma is strongly hoppy and has a tingly bite to it. Flavor is richly malty with a touch of hops and citrus hints. There is no thinness or wateriness, just good wheaty flavor. A very pleasant brew. Apparently this is the same as Fire Hydrant Hefeweisen.

A nice clear amber with a fairly thick head. Aroma is strongly malty and inviting. Flavor is malty with metallic hints and a surprising but not unpleasant bitter overtone. A little thin but smooth and satisfying, this ale is definitely worth at least sampling. I am glad that I bought a six pack. How could I resist the name? I love firefighters. They are real superheroes.

Aroma is more hoppy than malty, not strong but still quite inviting, with a bit of an alcohol nip to it. Color is a clear golden, and the head does not persist for long. Flavor is very smooth, crisp, hoppy but only slightly bitter and just a hint of fruity taste. It leaves my mouth feeling satisfied and tingly, ready for another swig.

Aroma is strong, typical of a lager - malty and with a bite - but better than most lagers I have tried. Color is a typical lager yellow with a fairly thick and not persistent white head. Flavor is malty and rich, with hints of hop flavor and bitterness, as well as a good alcohol zing. This lager seems to fill the mouth as few lagers, especially American macro-brews, do.

Color is a beautiful reddish-brown. When I first popped open the bottle, the aroma was very strong and malty with an alcohol nip - it said "Drink me!" very clearly. Flavor is rich, mainly malty with some hop bitterness and hints of cherry and caramel with just a touch of sweetness. Smooth and mouth-filling, this is one delightful ale.

When I first opened the bottle I got a strong, sharp wheat aroma with some undertones of spice. It pours out a clear wheat yellow with a thick and fairly persistent head. Flavor is smooth but with a good bite, fairly typical of a hefe-weizen, with a whisper of citrus flavor, a little bit watery, but tingly and pleasant. A decent wheat ale.

Aroma is strong, malty, and mouth-watering. It pours a dark reddish-brown, almost the color of cola, with a thick, tan head that does not stay for long. Flavor is malty with a hint of burnt coffee and a little hop bitterness. This beer is velvety smooth and pleasant to drink, best by itself.

Color is a somewhat cloudy amber gold with a thick but not persistent head. Aroma is strong, very wheaty and malty, with strong lemon hints. Flavor is rich, wheaty-malty, with some hop edge to it. Refreshing, smooth, this is a great beer for late summer and early fall.

Color is a nice golden-brown. Aroma is malty and has undertones of honey sweetness. Flavor is good, malty, with strong hint of honey, no bitterness or hop component. Smooth, not complex, but refreshing and tasty. This is a good beer for a party or to have with dinner.
