This is some god awful beer. Supposedly an upscale Brahma, it falls short of being upscale by any definition of the word. Very pale gold with a light ring formation. Corn syrup and metal make up the aroma. Flavour is phenolic and acidic. Needed to be shotgunned to get down. -

I tried this beer on April 9, 2011 after purchasing from the Queen's Quay LCBO outlet in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent deep gold colour with orange hues, and a long lasting rocky tan cap. Aroma is earthy malts, honey, light fruit, yeast, and some weak hops. The nmouthfeel is medium bodied, highly carbonated, and champagne-like. The flavour is sweet malt, light fruit, yeast, and honey. Complex flavour and aroma but not something I would try again. -

The beer poured a translucent copper colour with a generous light brown head. The aroma was pine, citrus, and malt. Very much like an English bitter. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was malty, with grapefruity hoppish bitterness. -

The label says this should be about as fresh a bottle of beer as I've ever had. The beer pours a translucent copour colour with a thin tan ring of a head. The aroma is citrusy hops, pine, and caramel malt. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is weak grapefruity hops, sweet malt....and a lime-like taste in the finish. -

The beer poured a translucent ruby red with a 1" tan coloured bubbly head. The aroma is maple first, sweet malt and floral hops second. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is sweet maple, sweet malt and nothing else. A good idea, but not much substance to support it. -

The beer poured a translucent copper colour with a 1" light brown head. The aroma was floral hops and grainy malt. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was grainy malt with some residual sweetness that didn't sit well with me. -

The beer poured a translucent medium gold with a huge frothy white head. The aroma grainy malt. The mouthfeel is very watery with almost no carbonation. The flavour is weak malt, and nothing else. Could quite possibly be a heavily watered down Beck's. -

I tried this beer on tap on March 30, 2011 at 'Duggan's Brewery' in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent medium gold colour with a 1" foamy head that laced well and lasted throughout. The aroma was caramel malt, and both floral and citrus hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is citrusy hops, sweet malt, and some caramel. Duggan's does a great job on hoppy beers -
