The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was wheat malt, coriander, citrus and had a slight bitter finish. An extremely well done witbier! -

The beer poured a hazy golden orange colour with a creamy white head. Aroma was lemony, citrus, pine, and grainy malt. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour was citrusy hops with a lemon lolipop taste to it, some grains, and a bitter finish.
Tried bottled version on February 16, 2012. Beer is a paler gold colour, and all traces of the lemon are gone. The bottled version would make a great session beer. -
