The beer poured a hazy yellow colour with no head. The aroma was apricots and not much else....reminiscent of the apricot nectar my dad used to buy when I was a small child. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium-high carbonation. The flavour was wheat malt, more appricots, and some mild skunkiness. I must admit, I love the aroma of this beer! Not your typical witbier, and I like that! -

The beer poured a golden-copper colour with a very thin head which quickly dissipated. The aroma is sweet malt, light fruits, and weak floral hops. The mouthfeel is medium-full bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is buttery caramel, some nuts, and a good bitter finish. I liked it. -

I tried this beer on tap September 2, 2011 at "C'est What Brewpub" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent copper colour with an off-white creamy head that disappeared within a couple of minutes. The aroma was a mish-mash of caramel malts, citrus hops, and some earthiness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour starts off sweet with hints of toffee and caramel, and has a bitter citrusy finish. A pretty good effort by Cameron's. -

The beer poured a solid brownish-black colour with a thin tan coloured head. Aroma was roasted malt, burnt wood, coffee, and vanilla. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was roasted malt, dark chocolate, and molasses. The better of the two beers I had this evening.
