I tried this beer on November 18, 2011 after purchasing from the Queen's Quay LCBO outlet in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a solid coca-cola colour with brown hues and a thin tan head. The aroma was citrusy hops, roasted malt, and some metallic notes. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation (considering that many people claim to have flat bottles - mine was pretty good for carbonation). The flavour is citrusy hops, grapefruit, and roasted malt character and nuts.

The beer poured a translucent reddish-brown coloured that shimmered nicely in front of a light. The head was tan, started out an 1" in thickness, but quickly died. The aroma was dark fruits, caramel malt, spices, and yeast. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was caramel, yeast, weak hints of molasses, and nuts. I enjoyed it a great deal. Too bad only one comes in the box.

I tried this beer on October 22, 2011 after purchasing from the Yonge/Wellesley LCBO outlet in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent rusty red colour with a very thin tan coloured cap. The aroma was overwhelmingly grapefruity hops, although after a while, some sweet malty hints poked through. The mouthfeel was medium to full bodied, somewhat 'chewy' with medium carbonation. The flavour was similar to the aroma with the sweet caramellish notes a little more prevalent among the grapefruit flavours.
