The beer poured a translucent orange-red with a very thin very short-lived white head. The aroma was malty with pumpkin and spicy notes (cloves and nutmeg). The mouthfeel was medium bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour was primarily malty with some definite spiciness and a hop-laden finish. Better than the Great Lakes Pumpkin ale in my opinion.Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

The beer poured a clouded golden-orange into the glass with almost no head whatsoever. Effervescence was on display. The aroma was sour, and musty. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, with medium-carbonation....although that may have been lost in the pucker. The flavour was malty with some possible green apple hints. Very tart. Definitely worth trying.Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 8

The beer poured a dark brown with a thin tan coloured head. The aroma was candied sugar, maple, plums, raisins, and caramel. The mouthfeel was full-bodied, and medium carbonated. The flavour was SWEET. The alcohol was not all that noticeable, but the sugary taste was very dominant!Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

The beer poured a translucent reddish-gold with a generous light tan head that lingered. The aroma was hoppy with definite floral hints and citrusy tones. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, slightly high in carbonation, and crisp. The flavour was citrusy grapefruit through and through. An excellent refreshing beer. As this is now sold in LCBO stores in Ontario - I hope Canadian brewers take note and start brewing similar beers by the oceanful.Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 9

I was told about this beer from a bartender friend at another beer bar I frequent in the city. I'll have to thank him for the recommendation.
The beer poured a blackish colour with brown at the edges with a thin light brown head. The aroma was roasted malt, coffee, and dark chocolate/cocoa. The mouthfeel was full-bodied, thich, and somewhat creamy. The flavour was a complex suite of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt.............followed by a bittering finish. An excellent beer.Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

The beer poured a solid brown colour with a thin light brown head. The aroma was a little smoke, a little chocolate, and a little coffee. The mouthfeel was very weak for a stout, almost watery with mild carbonation. The flavour was roasted malt, smoke, and chicoree.Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

The beer poured a translucent light red colour with a long lasting thin tan coloured head. The aroma was freshly baked bread, some malt, and a small amount of hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was malty, with a little hint of both sourness and bitterness detected on the tongue.....but no discernable flavours to account for either.Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 9
