This ale is a clean, crisp, perfectly balanced beer, usually with very subtle fruit (apple, cherry or pear) flavors and aromas. Although an ale, it is fermented at cooler temperatures and typically lagered for at least a month. Very pale gold to light gold in color and filtered to a brilliant clarity.
