A nice crisp kolsch... crystal clear golden yellow, well carbonated, with a thin white head featuring very good lacing. A better kolsch than I am acustomed to having... worthy. Noble hops apparent. Clean finish.

Pours dark gold and clear with a creamy head and nice lacing. Aroma is light and clean with just a hint of fruttiness. The flavor is well-rounded with a bit of wheat character and subtly frutty hops. Light-to-medium bodied with strong, enjoyably strong, carbonation by style, somehow ultimately soft to the palate. Quite refreshing. I can drink several of these, especially during happy hour, when they are $2 a pint.

Sampled on draft at the brewery. An attractive kolsch that pours clear gold with an ample white head and nice lacing. A well-balanced kolsch that highlights its quality, yet simple, malt bill with just a hint of noble hops & fruit in the flavor. Finishes clean. Very drinkable and well-made for a style that most brewpubs seem to screw up.
