Brewtopia’04. Pale yellow. Light and malty, some tart acidity. Noble hops are evident but this was not the day to search for nuance in a kolsch.

Tap @ brewery. For a kolsch, it’s very good. The flavor is more than just a glass of fizzy yellow stuff I usually come across. Lively mouthfeel, with a sweet malt aroma and light hop flavor. I’m sure they sell a ton of this to the lunch crowd and I see why.

this beer just not good. the flavor is no where near tasting good and the aroma is almost non existant.
