We produce our own brews to provide you with the ultimate beer taste adventure. The C'est What brewers tackle new beer styles such as the popular Caraway Rye Beer, Coffee Porter, Homegrown Hemp Ale, Mother Pucker's Ginger Wheat, and Steve's Dreaded Chocolate Orange as well as under-represented traditional ales such as Al's Cask Ale. Our regular recipes are developed to the point that we can contract local breweries such as County Durham to produce the beer in greater volume. We proudly serve the beer that we make side by side with the best local beers in Toronto’s oldest craft beer bar.
