Before there was the Caraway Rye, C’est What had a simply named Rye beer. Sadly, I think the two beers tasted the same so I don’t honestly know if it was a name change, or they added minisule amounts of caraway.

The first time I tried this, I didn't like it, but after trying it several more times, it became like an old standby. Colour - clear rusty red colour, weak off-white head. Aroma - grains, hops, weak fruits, and a hint of rye. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - dry, grainy, with some sweet notes mixed in. Overall - good.
