Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a dark brown colour with a creamy beige head. Soft aroma toasted malts, nuts, milky chocolate and grass. Smooth flavour of roasted grains, sweet coffee, currant-leaves and nut-shells. Medium bitter finish of dark chocolate black coffee, nuts and fudge. Nice old style porter. Smooth and moreish.

Cask handpump at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Roasted aroma. Nice taste of roasted malts and hops, quite sweet. Full bodied. Impressive porter.
