The beer pours a translucent gold colour with a generous white fluffy head that disappears quickly, and is highly effervescent. The aroma is very grainy with some faint honey hints. The mouthfeel is thin, carbonated, and watery. The taste is somewhat watery as well with some hints of grass and honey, but nothing strong.

Pours deep gold with a small off white head. Head fades to a thin layer after a few minutes. Just a couple tiny spots of lacing. Aroma is bland and grainy. Flavor starts with some sweetness but it's not really honey sweetness. Thin mouthfeel with lots of carbonation. Nothing special but pretty much what I expected after having a few other honey brews.

This wasn't as smooth as an ice beer should be. There was no honey aroma or taste. It's a clear golden beer replete with a grainy malt smell, and grainy malt taste. There wasn't much else to this beer.

Pours a lighter than average golden colour with a big white head. This one disappears fast enough, and only leaves a little wet lace around the collar. Medium-sized bubbles are all stuck together, around the glass... lots of them. The nose is nice and fresh right after pour, but then, the aromas change to some chemical smell (not lethal) with a little lemon thrown in there. So, lemon, but I don't smell the honey. Mouthfeel is very, very smooth... just like it is written on the can... "extremely smooth". Does not taste much, except a little alcohol (well covered by the honey I guess) in the finish, and the grain (cereal, corn) really stick out in the aftertaste. Not a bad swill, that is very smooth.

Not much too say about this one. Typical of the Yankee Jim line, which is swill, yet their later brews seem to be "better" than their first. Reminds me of our Lakeport Honey and Labatt Genuine Honey. Average brew, but that ain't a bad thing.

473ml can Gold-yellow color..small rocky cap does not last long..weak lacing Aroma is sweet ( but a natural sweetness) and light grains..very faint Tastes like an all malt or partial malt beer with a light sweetness to it...clean smooth but lacks the freshness or natural character I look for in a lager....I may buy this is it were not $1.85 a can...if a buck yeah this would be a deal.
