Alright y’all, we feel like this is it, our house modern American pale ale. Hazy in appearance, but built to be a drinkable, crisp, moderately bitter pale ale showcasing pure Citra hop. 5.6% abv. Mainly our house pils malt, a touch of dextrin malt, and just a bit of raw Sonoran white wheat from @grainrandd. Bittered early and uniformly with Cascade, then hit with a small amount of Citra in the whirlpool before being dry hopped with a modest 2lb/bbl of Citra. Moderation and light handed brewing philosophy brought this beer to be the perfect vessel of the Citra hop. Soft, thirst quenching, tropical, orange marmalade, zippy. A pale ale meant to be enjoyed with others, in elevated amounts. Nothing less and nothing more than the Arizona Star.
