Take a trip back in time to when Pale Ales were Pale Ales. We brewed this beer with local barley and wheat from Epiphany Craft Malting in Durham, NC, and hopped with an appropriate amount of German Huell Melon and El Dorado to allow the honey-like malt character to present itself. This beer was fermented with our house Kölsch yeast to give it a crisp, clean finish.

Taps clear topaz with a good ivory head. Aroma yields sweet and slightly tart apple, piney hops, tropical and citrus, a little raw malt. Flavor provides zesty, woody hops plus tangy tropical and citrus with a bit of apple, and raw malt. Texture presents good body, peppy fizz, and a piney hop finish. Suddenly revealed: a great PA.
