This pale ale was brewed to exemplify the effects of late hop additions and dry hopping in the brewing process. We have carefully chosen the base malts and flaked grains to make the beer as smooth and palatable as possible, while allowing the hops to shine in all the right spots. A heavy-handed use of both Galaxy and Simcoe hops lead to bright flavors and aromas of peach passion fruit, pine, and citrus. This beer is refined, aromatic, and hazy from hops. Please enjoy fresh!

Pours hazy, barely translucent dark apricot with a nice buttery-buff head. Strong, piney hop note dominates the aroma but shares the olfactory stage with citrus and fresh malt. Malt note is stronger in e flavor, though evergreen hops are still the lead, citrus component has grapefruit and orange tones. Firm, viscous body has fizz to spare. Get juiced!
