Wild Ale take 2.... much better this time around. Second runnings of Willi Whammer '06, fermented in the kettle without any temp control. Pours a milky hazy golden with a fine finger of white head. Aroma is very earthy and musty, wood and grass with citrussy and floral hop aromas. Starts off with some and earthy grassy flavor, followed by some citrussy hops, the finished out bone dry with mild bitterness and some funky hay and grass flavors. Tasty, refreshing, and much more drinkable than the last.
